The Boond Collaborative Business Model (BCBM)* is the base for our sustainable business which we believe is a sound recipe for developing people stuck in the poverty trap. This model believes in a holistic approach with participation of all stakeholders for solving developmental problems and bringing people out of the poverty trap. The model is both sustainable and scalable as it involves local people in its operations and relies on four Ps – Provide, Products, Personnel and Proficiency. The BCBM has been developed by Rustam Sengupta from Boond and is a part of his on-going developmental economic research.
